The video relates to Secondary information because it shows how disengaged students are in the classroom and how students don’t feel connected to the student community. Many students watch too much television and it’s making them uninterested in their studies. It’s “whatever” in the classroom now because students feel that they’d be better off without school. Becoming recognized is a huge deal in high school for some reason and students are trying to become that, a big deal.
The search for identity and recognition in a society that simply doesn’t hand it out, rains terror down on the people who think they deserve it. Recognition should come through authenticity or ones self. Basically if you are yourself and do something that is worth being recognized, eventually you will become recognized and for a bullspit reason. We don’t share with each other because we’re keeping everything to ourselves in order to come up with our own authenticity.
